All appraisers on our staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and subscribe to the Standards of Professional Practice for members of the Institute. All reports are prepared in conformity with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

- The purchasing or selling of real estate is one of the largest financial decisions that people make in their lifetime.An appraisal helps with this process by providing unbiased, informed opinions of the market value of property. Appraisal reports are prepared in conformity with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP). You can recognize a qualified real estate appraiser by the designations AACI, P.App. or CRA, which are awarded by the Appraisal Institute of Canada after completion of a rigorous education and training program.
