Baker & Osland Appraisals is a Victoria, British Columbia based real estate appraisal firm that was founded in 1978. The firm provides a wide-range of appraisal expertise to clients throughout Victoria, Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.

All appraisers on our staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and subscribe to the Standards of Professional Practice for members of the Institute. All reports are prepared in conformity with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
