There are six certified appraisers at Baker & Osland Appraisals Ltd. as well as research and administrative support staff.

All appraisers on our staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and subscribe to the Standards of Professional Practice for members of the Institute. All reports are prepared in conformity with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
